Abstrakt

The overall aim of breeding is to produce more efficient animals. The relative economic weights of maternal and direct trait components expressed per genetic standard deviation were calculated by EWPIG 2.0.0 software with considering the proportions of genes from the individual breeds or lines and the timing of expected genetic changes in the individual genotypes during defined investment period for Large White (LW), Landrase (L) and Pietrain (PN) in three-way crossing system.
