Abstrakt | The objective of this study was to compare the effect of housing system (enriched cage, free range and grazing) on the concentration of zeaxanthin, lutein, alfa-tocopherol, retinol and beta-carotene in fresh egg yolks and in egg yolks after 21 days of storage at 18-20 °C. |
