The seminar was held 15.2.2011 at Pohořelice and 16.2. at Prague Uhříněves. The seminar contained the scientific communication, including plenary sessions, invited lectures and discussions. The sessions were divided into 4 sections that included: 1st – New Aaspects of Forage Production and Preservation – invited lecturee prof J. Lauer, Wisconsin University, USA, 2nd – Variability of Nutrition Value of Preserved Forage – invited lecturee Dr. Alberto Barbi, Italy, 3rd – Hygienic aspects of preserved forages on production health of animals – invited lecturee Dr. Bengt Gertzell, Sveden, 4th – Production of biogass by conserved forages – invited lecturee Dr. Stumpf Frank, Germany.
