International workshop focused on formulation of feed mixtures, their analysis and the analysis of animal products with workshop speakers: M. Czauderna – Comprehensive determination of lipid peroxidation biomarkers in selected animal tissues and plant oils by chromatographic methods, T. Taubner – Development and application of chromatographic methods for the determination of a broad spectrum of cannabinoids and cholesterol in various samples of biological origin, J. Szmek – Hemp and flax seeds as functional components of feed mixtures for laying hens. Workshop was supported by the Scientific committee for animal nutrition and Department of nutritional physiology and animal product quality (Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic, institutional support MZE-RO0723).
