Abstract | The aim ol the study is describing a brief overview of the principles of good hygienic practice in milk production as a basic prerequisite for obtaining high-quality biologically full-fledged wholesome raw milk. Attention is also paid to Issues of relationship between the level of contamination of milk and purity of the body surface of dairy cows including microbial contamination of the teat during toilet of udder before milking. |
