Abstrakt | The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of pasture intake in 300 broilers of three chicken genotypes (Dominant Sussex D104, Dominant Brown D102 and Dominant Tinted D723) on the concentration of carotenoids and vitamins, oxidative stability and sensory evaluation of breast muscle. |
