Abstrakt

New staining methods allowed performing comparative study of morphologically abnormal spermatozoa (MAS) occurrence in fertile and unfertile boars. MAS in ejaculates of infertile boars are characterized by higher incidence of residual protoplasmic droplets, defects of acrosome and tail anomalies. Moreover, MAS incidence depending on variety of factors (age, season) could be readily determined.
