| Abstrakt | The survival of nonmanipulated porcine oocytes is very low. On the other hand, we have found that their nuclei (germinal vesicles – GV) can be efficiently vitrified and after thawing they can be used as karyoplasts to reconstruct the oocytes that are able to mature. |
