Abstract

The aim of this work was to develop a chromatographic method for the analysis of cannabinoids in various samples of biological origin. Cannabinoids are lipophilic substances found in high concentration in cannabis, and their transition to egg yolk and adipose tissue is real. The resulting method makes it possible to analyze 17 cannabinoids in different parts of the plant, feed mixture, egg yolk, meat and faeces. The advantage of this method is the simultaneous determination of free cholesterol and monitoring the effect of diet on its content in animal products.
