This study deal with the most important facts of already eighteenth milk berlin forum, called „Milchwirtschaftliche Praxis: Wie wir mit gehen Risiken um?” The subject of appearance was communication of focus on EU policy and the promotion of the production and processing of milk by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture. The main theme of the lectures was risk management from the perspective of breeder of dairy cows, from the perspective of dairies and the perspective of banks in the agrarian sector. Was evaluated on the basis selected indicators for Germany successful year 2011 in terms of production and processing of milk. Part of the „Milk Forum“ were also three half day excursion to selected farm and operations.
