Abstract | The invention relates to a set of hybridization probes to determine mutations in exon 7 of the bovine beta-casein which consists of the sequence-specific, fluorescently labeled hybridization probes to determine the allelic variants of the A1, A2, A3 and B in cattle. For the detection of point mutation A 8101 C and discrimination of 2 groups of alleles A1 and A2 or B or A3 were designed probes Sensor 8101 5′ CCA TCC GAC CTA ACA GCC TCC-FL C 3′ and Anchor 8101 5′ RED640-CAA AAC ATC CCT CCT CTT ACT CAA ACC C-PH 3 ‚. For the detection of point mutation C 8219 A and discrimination of 2 groups of alleles A1 or A2 or A3 and B were designed probes Sensor 8219 5′ GGC TCC TAA GCA AAA AgA AAT-FL 3′ and Anchor 8219 5′ RED640-CCC TTC CCT AAA TAT CCA GTT gAG C-PH 3´. For the detection of point mutation C 8267 G and discrimination of 2 groups of alleles A1 or A2 or A3 and B were designed probes Sensor 8267 5′ TAC TGA AAG CCA GAG CCT GAC TC-FL 3´ and Anchor 8267 5‘ RED640-CAC TGA TGA AAA TGT TCT GCA CCT TCC-PH 3 ‚. |
