On Thursday, 26th September, Director of the Institute of Animal Science, Associate Professor Petr Homolka, Ph.D. received a commemorative medal for long-term cooperation in research and education at a ceremonial meeting of the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Agronomy, Mendel University Brno.
During
the celebrations of t
he centenary of the University and the Faculty foundation, Associate Professor Pavel Ryant, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Agronomy, presented commemorative medals to important institutions and academics. He thus thanked them for long-term cooperation in research and education and their contribution to the development of science and education and promotion of the Faculty. The important ceremony was attended by the Scientific Board of the Faculty and representatives of the management of Mendel University and its faculties, as well as by representatives of many other Czech and Slovak universities and scientific institutions, and other distinguished guests from the academic community.
