On 10 and 11 June 2022, after a two-year covid break, the 10th season of the educational trail „Science in the Fields and Stables“ subtitled „THE STORY OF FOOD“ took place on the farm in Netluky and in the fields of the Czech University of Life Sciences, having the same extent as in the previous seasons. The trail was again designed as a two-day event.
The Friday agenda of the educational trail was intended for primary school pupils. It received a great interest from teachers and principals of primary schools in the area. 502 pupils and teachers from 12 primary schools took listened to the expert talks given by our guides on the farm and in the fields.
Saturday’s agenda was open for the general public. A traditional discovery competition took place, attended by 698 school and pre-school children, accompanied by their parents, grandparents, mothers with prams. Also groups of cyclists arrived. In total there were over 3000 visitors.
