Associate Professor Zdeněk Volek, M.S., Ph.D. from the department of Nutritional Physiology and Animal Product Quality and the Centre for Technology Transfer received a certificate of congratulations from Elsevier, the world’s leading scientific publisher, for publishing five open access* articles between 2020 and 2022. On of the articles was also linked to the United Nations´ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
