Abstract | The aim of this study was a genome-wide association study (GWAS) on conformation traits using 25.486 genotyped Czech Holsteins, with 35.227 common SNPs for each genotype. Four significant SNPs associated with total score (linear composite trait) and stature, angularity and fore udder attachment (linear traits) were identified. The results of our study can be used to search for causative genes that are associated with linear type traits. |
