| Abstract | The aid characteristics were measured at the point P2 on the pig carcasses with the aparatus UFOM. After it were the detailed dissections worked out. On the basis of these results was constructed this regression formula for estimating the lean meat content: YUFOM = 64,64865 ? 0,76656 SUFOM + 0,06425 MUFOM. |
