Abstract

The aid characteristics were measured at the point P2 on the pig carcasses with the aparatus HGP. After it were the detailed dissections worked out. On the basis of these results was constructed this regression formula for estimating the lean meat content: YHGP = 61,34154 ? 0,81609 SHGP + 0,12901 MHGP.
