Abstract | The aid characteristics were measured at the point P2 on the pig carcasses with the two point method. After it were the detailed dissections worked out. On the basis of these results was constructed this regression formula for estimating the lean meat content: YZP = 49,62542 ? 0,63371 SZP + 0,23525 MZP. |
