Abstract | On a representative sample of 319 pig carcasses were calculated the conversion coefficients. These coefficients are used for estimating the live weight from the weigt of the carcass. For the cold carcass it is y=1.30*x and for the hot carcass is the coeficient y=1.27*x). |
