The aim of this study is to obtain an overview of so-called smart technologies, which can be used primarily in cattle breeding, and to make it easier for farmers in the Czech Republic to decide on the adoption of new technologies. As part of the solution to the project QK1810137 Application of precision agriculture in the entire process from silage production to cattle feeding and the institutional support project MZE-RO0723, we prepared an overview of the literature and verified the selected technologies in targeted experiments and in operational practice, mainly on the purpose-built cattle farm of the Animal Research Institute production, v.v.i. Prague-Uhríneves.
