The aim of the methodology is to provide information about issues relating to the application of new, especially technological aspects in maize ensiling, according to which it will be possible to choose an appropriate technology of production of maize silage to get the high-quality product suitable as a component of feed rations for livestock and as a source of biomass for biogas stations. Data from several experiments, which were conducted on a targeted farm of the Institute of Animal Science Praha Uhříněves and collaborating farms, are processed in the methodology.
