Abstract

Increasing content of vitamin E and selenium in standard feed ration for broiler rabbits over the common level do not influence neither the performance nor basic parameters of meat composition. The selenium addition to feed ration result in the desirableincreasing selenium content in meat. The both additives increase oxydative stability of meat, its nutritional value and stability between production and consumption.
