The study was focused on the current analysis of the genetic diversity of the local Přeštice black-spotted pig breed using genealogical and SNP data. The pedigree file considered sire, dam, date of birth, sex, breeding line and herd information for 1,971 individuals. SNP analysis (n=181) was performed on the Illumina PorcineSNP60 BeadChip. Pedigree and SNP data quality was evaluated along with inbreeding coefficients (F) and effective population size (Ne). Spearman rank correlations took into account the relationship between F calculated on the basis of ROH (with a minimum length in Mbp) and Fped, i.e. according to pedigree inbreeding.
