The workshop „Legumes and their use in livestock nutrition“ took place on December 12, 2023 in VÚŽV, v.v.i. in Uhřínevsi. The main program included a presentation of the main outputs from the solution of the „Domestic protein crops in cattle nutrition (NAZV)“ project. The results of testing legumes, amaranth and catch crops were presented. There were 5 lectures in the program. Proceedings of the workshop are prepared for the participants.
