Where are the critical points in meat cattle breeding?
The present work is focused on the overview of the basic critical control points in beef cattle breeding. The use of information obtained through a simple analysis provide farmers a valuable information about basic preventive and prophylactic precautions that are a prerequisite for ensuring an adequate level of welfare, maintaining good health and ensuring biosecurity as important prerequisite for the production of healthy raw materials and food of animal origin to achieve economic profitability of the breed.
