The paper is focused on the analysis of the importance of rodent control in livestock breeding and its influence on the emergence and spread of antimicrobial resistance, taking into account the factors that affect its effectiveness (mechanism of action, methods of administration, application forms) (entry place into the organism, mechanism of action, main effect and mode of action including application form) including the proposal of a possible work procedure of pest control on farms.
